Positive: Close to where we needed to be. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom was roomy and clean.
Negative: Only two seats and an ottoman in living room. Not enough room for 4 guests. This was probably an oversight but no washing pods for clothes. We were without air but it was fixed in a reasonable time frame.
Summary: Great value if you want room for a small family, but not really enough room in living space for 4 adults.
