Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Good location, well secured felt very safe. Lots of good places to eat nearby and easy parking. Hosts very nice and easily contacted. Wifi available and choice of pools. The washer provided is very good. We didn't really bother cooking but the facility's are there. Fridge is a good size to keep drinks etc. There are security guards at property entrances which is nice, you also cannot gain entry without a key card. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Negative: The hairdryer provided is rubbish. The patio door lock was broken (although could still be secured it would have been more convenient to enter and leave through this door. Being charged for water and electricity was a surprise as I could not see that listed, (it wasn't a lot of money just would have been nice to know in advance) as was the request for a security deposit. This wasn't very convenient as you get it back as you depart leaving you with unused currency, although I do see why its taken.

Summary: Great stay, had an amazing time in the beautiful Thailand.

Negative: They have a bear wire that shocked my dog. I didn't know it was there until it was too late. My dog was traumatized the entire weekend.
