Positive: Very kind lady at the reception. Clean interior, comfortable mattress, clean towels. Easy to get to by bus 105 or tram. Shops and cafes in the area.

Negative: You can hear the noise from outside and even from the neighboring room.

Positive: It was very clean and Katerina was simply wonderful- she walked me to get a pedicure because she was getting off of work and took a detour just to walk me to the salon.

Negative: The neighborhood is a bit sketchy at night - the court yard. There were many drunks and beggars asking for money- which broke my heart. Also I didn’t like the bathroom in lobby.

Positive: We had a wonderful experience! Communication was excellent. They were very responsive to our messages and kindly accommodated our request to drop off our bags before check-in. The lady who greeted us was incredibly kind and welcoming. She even provided us with a map and helpful instructions to navigate the city with ease. The location is fantastic, well-connected to buses and tram lines, making it easy to reach all the major tourist attractions. As a family of three, we found the apartment to be quiet, clean, and very spacious. It was the perfect base for our stay. Furthermore, they even helped us with booking a taxi to the airport on our last day. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Rome!

Positive: Our amazing trip to Italy started with our stay at this guest house . We got greeted by Kate, what an amazing person . She told us that they will get the room ready earlier and also gave us an upgrade and showed us a nearby restaurant to go grab some food . We loved everything about our stay specially for the great hospitality. Thank you for everything and i know that we will see you guys soon
