Positive: Place facilities fantastic. Staff great tents with bars food entertainment were all fantastic.

Negative: Paid over grand for glamping. In the tents not a usual glamping tent. No furniture apart from blow up beds. All glamping tents have tea coffee some sort of inside seating. Bit disappointed in the inside of the tents for the price. I'm a big glamping fan. And the glamping here wasn't glamping should be advertised as tents with beds only.

Positive: Located very close to the track for the festival. The staff were always on hand, very friendly and working hard. The breakfast was a bonus as you didn’t need to worry about bringing food. The facilities were always lovely and clean. Excellent trip.

Negative: It was a lot further from silverstone than advertised which was not good. No electric in tents so couldn't charge phones Beds went down and weren't pumped up

Positive: Close to the circuit. Easy walking distance, but all events are right round the other side of the circuit, i.e main stage etc. so involves a lot of walking. On site entertainment was actually better!

Negative: I think individually travellers are unfairly treated. A for bed pod costs the same as a 2 bed pod, so 4 people for 3 nights works out at about £70 per person per night. 1 person has to pay the full amount, £270 per night. Doesn't seem fair. Also, I expected bedding and towels. Nothing, just a mattress! Friday night was bloody freezing, despite the recent heatwave. I slept in my clothes and a warm mac, but still ended up in my car. Decided to bite the bullet and take the 4 hour round trip home to get my duvet and a bath towel. Can't blame anyone for the weather, rule Britannia! But things could have been better at the venue, and overall, poor value for money.

Positive: The staff were so friendly and helpful, there was a great food selection and entertainment in the on site event tent and the atmosphere was great. The facilities were really good and kept very clean and it was good being able to use the posh facilities in the golf club!

Negative: There was nothing I didn't like!

Positive: Good location near venue for easy access, Enjoyed the fact the golf club was available for use and that staff where friendly

Negative: No sanitary products available this includes bins in toilets both on site and at golf club house. Free breakfast, tea and coffee was a joke no machines plugged in or up and running until at least 10am when you wanted to be at venue. Run out of bread every morning and no butter for toast for 3 out of the 4 days. Tents where being emptied even though they where still occupied causing midnight arguments when people returned to find there things moved and no beds to sleep in and at this stage most staff where intoxicated and leaving lengthy waits with no examination to return said beds

Summary: Would stay agiain of small issues that affected most of the people we met where aired out.
