Summary: beautiful hotel great staff - major problem was charged for their parking but did not have a car there for them to park . I was chagred over 100 and still battling with the hotel to get those charges reverse - we have used hotel.com for years and never had a problem . cant get hold of hotel.com either we choose to park our car a few blocks away from the hotel and walk to the hotel - this was discuss prior to arrival with the hotel and at check in ...we we told that we would not to be charged for their servers since we did not use them . we got our credit card statement a week later and wow difference was a 100 plus higher then our hotel.com statement . when i called front desk said they remember my hubby (lol) and 35 $ is for using hotel.com ( that was not disclosed) 75 for parking . the lady we talk to was really super nice but said her boss would call us back still waiting overcharged took over our beautiful weekend

Summary: Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Good location, a mile walk either way gets you to almost everything. One thing to note was the public train runs out front. We were in room 410 and could hear it. It wasn't loud like when standing outside but it was like hearing a strong wind. Very tolerable for us but something to note. AC got as cold as we wanted. Would stay again.

Summary: The train from the airport stops right outside the hotel & the red line is close by. The room we had didn’t have a view but that probably helped with cutting down on the noise from the train. Staff was helpful & the food in the restaurant was good & decently priced. Centrally located to both baseball stadiums. Would stay again for sure

Summary: Hotel room very comfortable. Close to Art Institute and Chicago symphony. Restaurants nearby. Service was ver good, the only issue I had was difficulty in obtaining receipt for my stay. I had to call and email at least 5 times before I received a receipt which to my surprise included a 2.5% surcharge for using a credit card.

Summary: The hotel staff was excellent, the room was clean and well designed, I felt very comfortable there in the two double bed suite. Maybe I'm used to fewer star hotels, but there wasn't any free coffee outside of your room, and you had to pray for breakfast, which was very expensive. But that might be normal for that part of Chicago.
