Positive: Perfect stay in this perfect hotel! The amenities at this beautiful hotel really are second to none. The hotel has a chic, romantic, calm and relaxed vibe; it was very quiet and so well situated on a quiet corner of Grand Anse beach. The pool and spa were both incredible. We particularly appreciated the service at the pool, including water coolers and snacks. The staff in general were so friendly and helpful, nothing felt like too much trouble! A special thanks for the birthday treats in our room on arrival. Feel lucky to have stayed here and would recommend to everyone looking for a Grenada getaway.

Negative: There isn't much in walking distance, apart from a few beach bars and the Grand Anse market. However, with a hotel this beautiful you don't really need to leave!!

Positive: Great property, stylish, calm, not crowded, nice facilities, beautiful ocean with no waves- awesome for swimming and looking at fish. Nice beach, even though narrow by the hotel. Lots of locals along Grand Anse.

Negative: Food- especially Asiatique was veeeery mediocre, if not bad :( the second restaurant was a bit better, and the beach snacks were probably the best.. So, yes, our main compaints would be food- must improve with only two restaurants at the property where you have to eat 3 times a day, if becomes not an enjoyable experience.

Summary: Would recommend the resort, good value for money, don't have high food expectations though

Positive: The staff, exceptional, went above and beyond, friendly, extremely attentive to your needs and meeting both managers which included the general manager, was a plus. They literally came up to you and introduced themselves, and I appreciated that.

Negative: There isn’t anything to dislike, everything, seamless.

Positive: Staff excellent. They couldn't do more for us. Especially the team around the pool and Grill. The 100 meter pool is AMAZING, and the beach is too. Very-very clean. this really is a brilliant hotel and we LOVED staying there

Negative: They didn't have any Coke Zero / Diet Coke, Pepsi Max in the bars. Really annoying. The airport transport home was a massive cock up. For a family of five, only a car (two actually) turned up to take us. But of a panic but they made it. Food more expensive than it ought to be. Barbados prices

Positive: My friend & I loved everything about this hotel & would give it 6 stars if we could! We travel a lot & have stayed in many nice hotels, but this one is in the top 2 favorites of ours. Facilities were gorgeous and the staff was extremely helpful and nice. It was the little things throughout our stay that made this hotel feel like 6 stars over 5 stars, such as the welcome drink upon arrival, welcome local chocolate in our room, motorized curtains (including blackout curtains) in the room, free little snacks/treats brought to us throughout the day at the pool/beach, the free Coola sunscreen available to all guests, and the free waters on ice brought to us when at the pool/beach. Another big thing that really sets this hotel apart was that we never seemed to receive a "no" response. The staff would always work with us or offer up solutions. For example, we were eating dinner at the Grenadian Grill restaurant on site, but wanted the dessert from the other restaurant on site (Asiatique). We had told our waiter this & were planning to just go over to the other restaurant, when the staff came back & said they'd be able to deliver it over to us at the Grenadian Grill. Again, it's the little things the hotel/staff did that made Silversands so special. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and am looking forward to hopefully visiting again soon!
