Summary: The place is a beautiful place but there were a couple things that were disappointing, for being such a fancy place our room could have been better. The bed was so hard and not comfortable, the towels were so rough and low quality, the shampoo and conditioner and body soap they offered was not good. The pool and hot tub closed at 8pm which most other places are usually 10pm. Our room was just small and crammed, I just think unless you are paying a lot more money you just don’t get the full experience

Summary: I've been to Silverado resort on and off for the last 10 years. It's fine convenue t and somewaht affordable for a couple of nights stay. It does. Have golf , tennis and spa activities. I have had my issues with quietness and housekeeping. Year after year, they blow leaves, mow the lawn from early morning before 9am and throughout the day. I come for rest and relaxation and while under maintenance is necessary, they need to realize people want to sleep in or that fact that they work away from home. I complained and was offered a quieter spot but mind you I should have been in a quiet room to begin with. I'm not part of a conference or meeting group, I came for mother's Day and after complaining I still got a housekeeping knock at 830am!!! WT actual shizzle......

Summary: Food was ok, not super impressed given the price point. Drinks also ok at best. Room was very clean and comfortable and the property is well taken care of.

Summary: We had a beautiful updated home for our stay in the Silverado Resort property. A bottle of wine and 2 bottles of wine awaited us when we arrived; nice touch! Never had to ask for any extra towels or linens, all the appliance and AC worked great.

Summary: The rooms were not worth the cost. We had to change rooms because there was trash in the courtyard, the windows were stained, and the bed was partially made.

Summary: It was ok but I would not choose to stay there again. The room was clean but dated. Not the luxury resort that it claims to be, and not worth the price. It was dated.

Summary: We had a great time at the resort, thanks mostly to Daniela at the front desk, who truly knows how to make a guest feel welcome, and Jordan- who escorted us to our room on the property and was extremely kind and efficient. We immediately felt at home with the service here. The property is so pretty, and our room was upgraded at no charge to us- we were wowed by the staff and the service!

Summary: We just stayed for the night. The staff was great at check in, the good cart rides around the property were a huge bonus due to the size of the property. The restaurant was delicious, the coffee spot in the morning was good also. My only complaint was we stayed in a cottage across from the driving range and it didn’t have blinds on the sliding door which made it hard to sleep in and really relax.
