Positive: The staff is outstanding and friendly. You will like their hospitality. They also provided us complimentary cake for a new Year.

Negative: > A few lights were not working. > Blankets and Bedsheets should be old. > Bathroom doors have few plants growing > The sofa had stains. Requires replacement.

Negative: Epitome of mismanagement of a well-built property. When we called owner he gave us manager's no. Manager gave us caretaker's contact who is merely available. We did not see manager for once in 2days stay. Deluxe Rooms are best. one room was vacant. Though we could not book that. We were told that the room is pre-booked. where as 3 staffs are using that room. Cottage room is very small. Bathrooms were stained and stinking. No cleaning staffs were there. Bed linens are dark colored and very dirty, full of human hairs. It seemed that they intentionally keep dark colored bed linen in spite of general white bed linens. Staffs were all time busy with either playing game in games room or watching TV. Even a cup of coffee we got almost after 2 hours of ordering. Owner must keep vigilance of that.

Summary: Epitome of mismanagement of a well built property at a beautiful location.

Positive: Food taste is awesome. And I think it's the only place where we got Andhra like spicy taste. By the way chicken pepper dry is awesome. Humble and helping staff. Easy check in and check out process. Finally a wonderful view that gives a feel like staying in deep forest. Also Bhadra tiger reserve is near to the place.

Negative: It's a little bit away from city but worth travelling there to enjoy silver springs beauty.
