Positive: We loved that the property was in a quiet location. The ocean was a 10 min drive.

Negative: Ants. I realize that ants can thrive in this type of location however it was difficult to keep food that had been opened anywhere but the fridge or microwave.

Summary: We really enjoyed our visit. The Ants were only a small inconvenience. Loved the house and location.

Positive: A beautiful property with tremendous ocean view.

Negative: The property is infested with ants throughout making the stay quite miserable. The kitchen appliances are very old and cabinets are dirty and dilapidated. The gas grill has not been cleaned in quite a while and is nasty and not usable. The jacuzzi/hot tub is not available for use and is extremely nasty and dirty.

Summary: The property is beautifully situated but not well maintained.
