Summary: I booked the room for my parents who was visiting family. They loved their room. It was clean and very comfortable. My mom said she slept better in the hotel bed than she slept in her own.

Summary: I liked the idea of not having a busy lobby to wait in line and check in with a bunch of people. The place was like a secret and I liked it that way. Great location next to Wegman's and the Nats field. I will definitely stay again, just next time, I will request the top floor. I am sensitive to noise when I sleep and the upstairs neighbors were quite loud until 10:30 pm. I'm sure it was a child and maybe a dog. It went on for hours. I did let my concierge know and it sent out a message about quiet hours. The pool was a bit tricky to get into, but once we found the SCH gate, we were good. I would ask someone to clean up the little pond in the back, there is a lot of litter. It would make a huge difference.

Summary: The rooms are very spacious with more amenities than most hotels. I would stay there again, now that I understand their reservation policy and the steps to accomplish self-check-in.

Summary: Check in was easy. The hotel itself felt safe and was very clean. The size of the room was surprising. We had all the luxuries of home. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The place was nice. Wish the to-go breakfast would’ve been provided in the building instead of the apartment complex down the way. It was not convenient for busy families. Also, you should provide K-cups for the coffee makers. Washer and dryer was a nice touch.

Summary: GREAT place - Check in was contactless and simple. The room was very nice and very clean. Here’s the exception… the upstairs unit noise. You could hear every conversation and footstep. Would have been tolerable if it hasn’t gone on until after 2am. Would have given it 5 stars had it. It been for that.

Summary: I had to stay here due to repair work on my home. The place was clean, a great size, and great amenities. I would have given it a 5 star but the water pressure in the shower is very poor, leading to a very disappointing shower and a workout to get the shampoo and conditioner out of your hair. May sound like a small detail, but it was that low of water pressure. This was the first time I have stayed in a keyless, no staff on sight hotel, but they did respond quickly through automative response.
