Positive: Hotel Location was excellent with scenic view. The Bedrooms were spacious and clean with all the facilities. The Bathrooms were very clean. Every Staff was very friendly & cooperative especially Operation Manager Mr.Yeshi Dendap was extremely helpful whenever we needed him

Negative: More Staff required in Peak Seasons.

Positive: The hotel is located on the way to Tiger’s Nest (so just outside Paro). The hotel has two wings - one is more recent built than the other. We stayed in both wings. The rooms in both wings are nice. WiFi is good. Good hot wanter on demand. Good breakfast.

Negative: I really couldn’t understand room pricing. The bookings for both nights were made through booking.com and for same kind of room (same size as well) but we paid different rates and received different kind of invoice (one handwritten and one on computer). For the room in older wing we paid more.

Positive: A very good hotel with great staff,they are very helpful.

Negative: I noticed a bad smell in our washroom and have already informed the staff. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Positive: In the heart of Paro not far from Tiger’s Nest and airport. Wonderful, kind, extremely helpful staff. Great restaurant and bar.

Negative: No elevator. Occasional barking dogs at night and early AM were annoying so bring ear plugs.

Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at Silver Cloud Hotel. The hotel was very clean, the location was nice for walking around, and the owner was extremely friendly , we even spent time chatting together on 31st December, which made the stay feel special.

Negative: Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike. Everything was comfortable and pleasant during my stay.
