Negative: No AC when it was 35 degrees outside. Place was hot during the day.

Positive: The unit had everything we needed from coffee to laundry, etc.

Negative: A double bed is a bit small. One night, the person living above was up and making noise from midnight until morning. It was just regular movements, but was very disruptive to sleep.

Positive: The unit was clean and adequate. Staff were very prompt at responding to a few issues we had.

Negative: It felt like we were in a converted garage. Parking is inadequate. We have a small vehicle so the assigned gravel spot, beside the driveway in front of the building worked. Our unit was on the backside which meant we had to pack our stuff around to the back. There was no deck/outside seating area, BBQ, or dishwasher which have been standard features in other rentals. There seems to be no sound barrier as we could easily hear people upstairs having a normal level conversation (I'm sure they could hear us as well).
