Positive: Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Beautiful outdoor pool with water around 28 degrees , Varied and good breakfasts and dinners . It would be nice to have some quiet background music (from the 60s, for example) during dinner - as other similar hotels do !

Negative: The staff in the dining room at dinner are stressed and it conveys discomfort. The seating is not free because apparently diners from outside the hotel also come to the same dining room. It is unfair to give them any priority over the hotel guests who paid for their stay and accommodation at the hotel. Something is going on unpleasantly at dinner... Also there was no minibar in the room. The access road to the hotel is relatively narrow, two-lane and dangerous ! A clear, continuous dividing strip along the road would have been desirable.

Summary: Good hotel. Good food. Good environment.

Positive: While I have found the pricing rather high for my liking, the place itself certainly has done its best to justify it. The facilities were well kept and enjoyable. The staff were more than happy to help with whatever we needed. The room was kept clean and felt rather comfortable.

Negative: Most of what is written here will be nitpicking but it is worth reading. The A/C in our room had become inoperable by the end of the second night and was stuck at a decent 17 degree Celsius. There were two complaints with the staff, one being that they did not set the table for us on the last breakfast (due to low staff members on that morning) and the other for an unpleasant waiter who told me off (or felt like it anyways) for not tipping her.

From the moment I walked into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with exceptional service and attention to detail. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view of the forest. The amenities were top-notch, including a delicious on-site restaurant. Overall, my experience at the hotel was truly unforgettable and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a four-star experience.

Negative: The otherwise superb hotel boasts luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and stunning views. However, the wellness facility leaves much to be desired. The pools are a bit outdated and in need of modernization and the pool area lacks sufficient seating for guests. With a few improvements to the wellness facility, this hotel could truly be a top-notch destination for relaxation and rejuvenation.
