Summary: The staff at the bars and restaurants were lovely, the staff at the main desk were quite blunt but not as far as rude. The rooms were nice however beds were uncomfortable and our room in particular was blessed with loud music until early hours of the morning and traffic noise non stop.

Summary: nice hotel, close to town with easy access to a small beach. The rooms are clean but could do with updating. The complex is based on the style of a Cretan village, which is nice.

Summary: Really nice hotal and staff. Family room in the annex was ok had a nice little private terrace. All the restaurant where great. And the choice of 2 pools or the sea what more could you ask for .

Summary: We've never done an all inclusive before and i was worried the food might be poor quality. The food is excellent. So much choice. My only complaint would be i constantly felt i was overeating. But that's down to me and my greed! There are 2 pools and a beach. The beach is rocky and the sea was very rough so not the best beach Crete has to offer. The pools are lovely though. As usual there are the people who bagsie sun beds hours before they actually make an appearance but we always managed to get one. The other guests are mostly French or Russian. Families and older couples so very relaxed and quiet resort.
