Positive: The arrival was very easy. The host sent me a pin so I would have no problems finding the location. It was very helpful and appreciated. The property itself was spacious and welcoming. There was a small market within walking distance that was quite convenient.

Negative: There were no glaring problems. The property comes recommended and the host was so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay there again.

Summary: We enjoyed our visit at the conveniently located and welcoming home!

Positive: Detached bungalow with self catering facilities. Good aircon and fans in a quiet residential location, very practical layout worked really well for 4 of us. Very helpful caretaker, Chayada, came every day to keep the grounds nice and she was a fountain of information, suggesting places to visit to suit our interests. One of our favourite things was finding Baan Rim Nam restaurant 8 minutes drive away, on the waterfront at Phunphin - great atmosphere and fantastic food, vegetarian diets catered for, no problem. The Swamp and Mangrove walks are well worth a visit, especially for birders.

Negative: Unfortunately there are a lot of dogs barking in the night and in the daytime they could be a bit intimidating when walking around the residential streets in the area. The wi-fi stopped working for the last 48 hours - however the mobile signal is really good there so it wasn't a problem for us. Seating - there were 4 chairs in the lounge area but given the size of the room these were small and not very comfortable. The gas cooker leaked so gas had to be turned off when not in use.

Summary: Comfortable, modern accommodation in a local community, well positioned for road trips.
