Positive: the location is great, many good restaurants around, easy to park and not too many noisy

Negative: There are huge annoying noisy (i guess the hotel is doing sth renewing or repairing) in the morning and in the afternoon, for two people only offer 1 bottle of water

Summary: not good enough for enjoying but enough for staying
