Positive: The Room size, its decor and amenities with cleanliness.

Negative: The problem to communicate in Hindi/English by the manager of the hotel/supporting staff, as they are only comfortable in local language, which is a little difficult for non Malayali speaking tourists and the location was not prominent, so cab/auto drivers are not easily willing to come to this place from Airport. So, be ready to spend a little more to get the Cab/Auto booked for the location. If you are coming by your own car, the connecting road toward the property is a little muddy (as it is not a concrete/bitumen road) so if it rains, chances are there that your car with smaller wheelbase may stuck in the muddy road and after dark this area around the property is not at all looks very safe, so do not plan for outside visit after the late evening hours. However, the property itself is well maintained and properly secured with complete barricade wall and ample parking area and large and clean rooms and above all the price is really cheap for such a wonderful property.

Summary: Stay was nice and the staffs arranged wonderful food from nearby restaurant too, which was delicious

Positive: The property is newly constructed. The rooms are nice, clean, good sizes. In the cost of single room, you can get a one BHK. Although we didn’t use the kitchen and hall but it gives a good feeling that we are staying at one BHK. The service is good. Food was good. Even at 11pm, they delivered food and it was hot. If you want the balcony, confirm before booking. Hot water 24 hours. Gated parking. Thanks team for the great service. Hope to see you soon.
