Positive: I stayed here for 5 days and it was a lovely experience. I was supposed to be traveling with my partner but he unfortunately had to cancel his trip and I was really bummed. I enjoy travel solo but usually in destinations where I don't have to drive. A car is definitely a must in this region but it turned out to be easy -- the highways are what you'd expect, though most of the local roads are quite narrow so you do have to be careful but it wasn't an issue at all. There were very few tourists and the pace of life is slow and so lovely. I had the Scialeno room which was very spacious and beautifully furnished -- both rooms are similar in size and layout. I also appreciate how clean everything was, and the bathroom with stone shower was so nice given the July heat. Antonella and her family (along with her brother and parents) run the farm and they are so warm and helpful. I had dinner at the restaurant and also had the breakfast spread they serve on your patio; both were lovely and you can see the thoughtfulness that goes into everything. Parking was also easy and steps away from my room -- such a relief! I also really liked to location -- just a short drive 10-20 minutes to all the neighborhoods and restaurants I wanted to explore, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city centers. It was a nice home base. A wonderful stay that I'd highly recommend.

Positive: Sikalindi is a little piece of heaven in the beautiful Salento region. We absolutely loved our stay! Antonella is an incredibly lovely host, always ready to share some great recommendations (food, shops, beaches, hikes etc.). The rooms are very nicely decorated and well equipped and the surroundings are just beautiful. The breakfast was served on our terrace under a 200-year old olive tree and was absolutely delicious: Local and biological products, most of them from their own garden. In addition there is the Osteria Sikalindi, where we had dinner a couple of times. If you're looking for a simple but beautiful and comfortable accommodation to discover Salento, stop searching and book Sikalindi.

Positive: Accommodation surrounded by so beautiful nature. The private beautiful terrace and cozy cool room welcomed us. I saw such a beautiful sunset for two nights. I was so ecstatic. One day, I had dinner and it was a very satisfying dinner. Especially, the wine you recommended and the pasta with yellow tomatoes were the most delicious pasta I had in Italy. This family-run Maseria is honest and warm. I really want to come back.
