Positive: Clean, decent breakfast. Actually had pancakes

Negative: Beds were hard as a rock! No elevator directly to our room. Blankets were stretchy and itchy and the room heated did not work.

Summary: The staff is pleasant and helpful but the beds were horrible and the heater did not work.

Positive: Great location. Large rooms. There is an elevator. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, firm beds. Ideal for seniors or people with problems with the altitude.

Negative: The breakfast buffet was a little meager: not a large choice for European tastes. The items offered were not replenished. If you came late there was very little to choose from.

Positive: Overall good value for money. Staff made us feel very welcome.

Negative: Room could have been better serviced and cleaned before our arrival. Staff were prompt to turn things around however.

Positive: The staff was kind and available at all times, ready to help; I liked the traditional building with several places to lounge and tea available at all times near the reception. Breakfast was delicious.

Positive: The hotel was located in a great location. The staff was tremendous! They were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and there was hot water.

Negative: If you are a digital nomad, you may not be able to use the WiFi consistently BUT there are several places nearby, including Starbucks, with strong WiFi. I really liked this place and it’s worth staying here despite the instable WiFi connection.
