Negative: small room, really tiny. location and neighbourhood - very scary, did not feel safe at all during the night nor during the day. Death end of the world. Avoid and drive further to more civilized place. Self checkin was weird

Positive: The staff was kind and nice and helpful. They work hard and do a good job

Negative: Mojave is rough and this location is pretty gnarly. The second we got out of our car we got harassed by pan handlers and after we checked in and went back out to get our bags we saw two houseless having a loud argument, one holding a baseball bat. It doesn't make you feel very safe. The room has exactly two outlets in it, nowhere near the bed, so charging your phone or any other devices is near impossible. We woke up late on check out day cuz our phones died. There's no heat. The shower in the room is incredibly small, and it floods when you shower. No ice machine. No elevator. Annoying code door locks that always error out before accepting your code. Carpet has seen better days.

Summary: No thanks.

Positive: This was a stopover. At first I wasn't sure what it would be like as I hadn't stayed somewhere where they don't have a bathroom as part of the room. But they do have a sink. It was great, the room was clean, bed comfortable. The bathroom areas were in really good condition. They have a nice array of coffee pods etc and a the lady I spoke to as I was leaving was very nice.

Negative: I got there late in the night. I hadn't checked earlier to see if a code had been sent to me as they said would be. I didn't have one. So I spent half an hour trying to decide whether to wake them or not. I eventually woke them but felt really bad about it.

Negative: The walls are a bit thin so it can be a bit noisy especially in the morning when people are leaving.

Positive: Check-in was quick and easy. (Only needed SMS and browser) The room was spotless clean and comfortable. Although the room does not have a heater, it wasn't so cold in January The hotel has no receptionists, but somebody(I'm not sure about his position) at the hotel was friendly and helpful all the time.
