Negative: I thought the appliances and the pots and pans could be better and put a few more necessary items that is needed for a short stay

Summary: Place was cozy just thought the dishes and items needed replacement as were very used .

Negative: The back yard isn’t in good condition. There was a broken fence and tree, the hot tub is not working. The heating system is very old, so it’s hard to maintain in comfortable temperature.

Positive: Loved the space, loved that it had a washer and dryer , and it appeared to be super clean, with the exception of a couple of long black hairs left on one of the beds. I enjoyed how quiet and away from everything it was. and absolutely LOVED the bathroom and tub upstairs.

Negative: It was super disappointing that it looked like it had a working hot tub, and the hot tub was not for use. It was a little far off from everything in town, but not by much. And then we also had a little trouble with the TV, didn’t really get much channels or movies without ads. And the TV in the bedroom didn’t work at all, there wasn’t even batteries in the remote.

Summary: Overall it was a nice stay, we would probably book it again, it would just be perfect if the hot tub worked :)

Summary: had a great time. only 5 minutes to 2 golf courses. Tahoe vibe but in a secluded uncrowded area.
