Positive: Convenient location. Food was overall good and enjoyable.
Negative: The dog-friendly room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, especially considering we were travelling with a 17-month-old child. Visible dust and debris around door hinges, peeling wall coverings, damaged walls, cobwebs, and mold/mildew in the shower area. General maintenance and housekeeping standards appeared poor. When the issues were raised, the staff spoke to a colleague while facing away and simply stated that the room had already been cleaned, which felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Positive: Our upgraded room was beautiful. The bed was amazing. Views were stunning.
Negative: WiFi signal in the room was non existent. Had to keep going out to the hallway just to get a signal. Even 4G didnt work.

Positive: Large comfortable room and well appointed modern bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great location close to the airport.
Negative: My meal of scampi was disappointing. Very small scampi pieces which were overcooked,. The cooked breakfast was average, overcooked bacon and undercooked sausage.
