Positive: The location was very convenient and it was nice to be able to just cross the street into the Garibaldi park area. The area is lively and it felt safe to stay out late. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped for a longer stay. Comfortable bed, AC, which was useful. The owner intervenes only when needed and is helpful if asking for tips and helped me find a morning airport ride.

Negative: Personally, I realized after a few days that a place with more natural light would have been better for a longer stay, but I don't think there are many options for than historical center areas. Another cultural thing, the area is quite noisy until late at night. For someone who likes a lively place, it's ideal, but when you need to rest, bring some earplugs :)

Positive: Everything needed is available in the maisonette apartment, nice homely Decoration, super nice host. Very local hood - not many tourists.

Negative: Location is a bit far from the city centre for family with smaller kids, the street/plaza is a meeting point for after-work chatter and stays quite busy and noisy until 11/12 at night- so light sleepers likely need ear plugs to sleep.

Summary: High quality maisonette apartment we felt very welcome in to stay.

Positive: The location is very central and apartment super clean - it is newly renovated and has everything. Nancy was a super great host - answered all the questions and was very welcoming - I was even greater with cake at the apartment.

Negative: It's a bit noisy as it is on the ground floor. However, for less sensitive people, it should not be an issue, but if you like me - super sensitive to noise - better take airplugs or headphones.

Positive: It is a newly renocated, comfortable, well-equipped apartment, 15 minutes walk to the city center. The owner was very kind and helpfull.

Negative: It is just near a street. For that reason it is a little noisy. But the apartment is excellent so it worth to live there.
