Positive: The host was in front of the house at the time we requested. The apartment was a bit far from the city center, but taxi prices in Lisbon were reasonable, so it wasn't a problem for us. Buses were also punctual, and there were stops within a 10–15 minute walk. Most importantly, we needed to go to the train station to get to Sintra, and it was just a 9-minute walk from the apartment, which was very convenient for us. The host welcomed us personally and provided all the necessary information. He explained how the elevator and the door worked, checked the water, and clearly explained everything. He also told us to reach out if we needed anything. The apartment was a bit small — even though the rooms were comfortable, it might not be spacious enough for four people to move around easily. The elevator was also old, but since the apartment was on the first floor, it wasn’t an issue for us. Although we didn't use it, the apartment had a spacious and bright terrace. The only downside is that the terrace is surrounded on all four sides by neighbors, but that’s quite common in Lisbon. The apartment was very comfortable and had all the necessary household items. The only small challenge was having just one bathroom, which made things a bit tricky at times (one for bath). Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment has a very cozy atmosphere and is filled with interesting memories in every corner. The price was a bit high, but given the circumstances, this was the most suitable option for us. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Negative: Nothing. One suggestion - if there is a covered area in the terrace for drying clothes (during the rainy season) that would be great.

Positive: We spend one week in this flat with our two kids 15 and 13 y.o.. and had a great time. The pick-up of the keys was on site, without problem. The flat is located in a living area, with plenty of good restaurants and cafes at walking distance. The nearest shop is 5-10 min walking (near the metro station). There is a bakery 3 min walk. There are two metro stations which are 7-10 min walking. Our kids appreciated to have Netflix and we could relax and watch good movies in the evening after long walks in Lisbon. It was a bit cold when we arrived (end of December) but thanks to individual electric heating systems in the sleeping rooms and A/C in the living room, we managed to have a nice temperature in the flat. The terrasse is huge. There are roller shutters on the windows, which is also a plus. Everything was fine for us, definitely a very good choice for visiting Lisbon with the family.

Negative: A few coffee capsules, a few more capsules for the dishwasher, and a few more garbage bags would have been ideal. Warmer blankets for winter period could be a nice thing. A bit cold in the bathroom but it was not a problem for us 4.

Positive: The accommodation was a good 7-minute walk from the metro. There was a supermarket in the area where we could comfortably shop. The kitchen was very well equipped for self catering.
