Positive: The location is great if you have a car, if you don't sometimes it's extremely difficult to find taxis.The nice small beach was handy in extremely hot summer in Kyiv. They have paddling boards available for rent. Lovely views from the penthouse and nice kitchen, it's fully equipped and includes a decent fridge. I personally really loved facilities, massive shower room with different showers. The toilet has good light for make up and washing machine which was very handy. I loved roofed patios near building where guests can have their own BBQ or order food from restaurant, there is outside kitchen as well. Staff is very helpful and friendly, lovely people Conditioner in room was life saver.

Negative: As much as I loved the place it was a pain in the ass to find any taxi numerous times, for hours. However, if you wanna rest and do not go anywhere it's ideal. The beds in the penthouse have no mattresses, they are literally carcasses of foldable furniture. I used duvets instead.

Positive: Beautiful view of the river. Quiet location and we slept through the night.

Summary: Beeded a place to stay the night on our way across the country and this place was perfect.
