Positive: Nice location right on the lake. Very calm and quiet.

Negative: Mattress too soft No information that on site restaurant will be closed for duration of our stay. No hair dryer.

Positive: They are renewing the rooms, and it looks nice. The shower is good.

Negative: The pictures don’t show the actual room. They are in process of renewing the hotel, but it’s still more like a motel. The shower was pretty good, but the shower curtain was stained.

Positive: Lovely location on lake seneca, but very few rooms are actually waterfront view. You have to ask for waterfront, and pay the premium rate.

Negative: The only place on property where you can lounge outside of your room is rented out to a restaurant, which includes a tented seating area. Rain leaves you with no outside option. There is live music on a Friday or Saturday night which draws from the community as well as the hotel, so don’t expect quiet until 10:30 pm.

Positive: The views from room #4 were wonderful. The room has been freshly renovated and is very comfortable. We loved it so much we booked another stay in October! The management staff was very friendly. We can't wait to come back.
