Positive: The property was big. Beds were comfortable. When speaking to Tommy and agents they were polite and helpful.

Negative: The fact deposit was returned by the bank, had to pay cash with no reciept but did get it back at end of stay. The hot tub had just been cleaned and refilled so cold at first. Host communicated this after we had checked in. No tvs in home worked one in lounge smashed. Holes in walls-quick pollyfiller would sort this. LEDs don’t work in lounge. Paperwork left out from crime scene investigation unit. Heating on and no way to turn off. No tv in hot tub room. Hot tub door wouldn’t close. Maybe a chain for the front door for abit of security. A little booklet or folder advising on what to do when checking out could also help, ie strip the beds/wet towels leave in bath. Close windows and lock the doors etc. We obviously left the home as we found it but the deposit being taken from bank and only refunded after inspection would also help the owners.

Summary: With a little bit of money spent on this property bringing the condition up on the home would make this a gem of a place

Negative: Photos don’t match the property , the bathrooms were nothing like the bathrooms listed also was listed as an apartment when In actual fact it’s a terraced house and to top it off it took 3 days to get the security deposit back after being ignored by the host

Positive: The living room was nice, spacious and very clean. we enjoyed it. Tele was a good size downstairs. The kitchen had all the facilities and made everything easy for us. Would definitely come again to stay. Good parking area, free. Overall the stay was amazing.

Negative: The bedroom lights and tele’s upstairs weren’t working at all, we tried with all the remotes. The lights on the hot tub weren’t working and the LED lights on the ceiling weren’t there either in the living room or hot tub room. As they were in the pictures on booking.com. I understand sometimes previous customers can damage items and things can change. You did leave alternative lights on the ceiling, which did the job. The bedroom windows don’t all open, it was too hot at night.

Summary: I enjoyed the stay with my husband. Would definitely come again.

Positive: Lovely host was charged a £250 deposit fee which was refunded on the day we left which was good, The rooms are very nice and with the space off the property I think the hosts have a done a very nice job with the way it’s set out, With staying at another one off this hosts properties it was once again a pleasure to stay and Alanzo was lovely and I’d definitely choose him to host me again, Lots off blankets places around the house and one in each room and plenty off towels also, This property is done nice and was very nice and warm after stepping in.

Negative: Nothing major and not a massive problem but maybe the change off hotub water. Having to leave.
