Negative: DIY addition to house; cramped; confusing fixtures (couldn't use the main tap without pushing button - which was temperamental); poor cushions on seats; second bed (trundle - not advertised) blocked bathroom and was not stable (would move if stood on and slip/trip hazard). Noise from house including renovations on weekend. 'Emergency Exit' via bathroom and into house. Felt like room to house had access to bathroom and invaded privacy.

Positive: Clean, private, and easy to access

Negative: The alarm sounding out loud when going past the gate at night, I would resign the furniture to make it more usable. The body wash was nearly empty, and what was left had been topped up with water. The instructions on the washing machine liquid were unreadable. Needs an extra blanket/pillow in the cupboard.

Summary: It was pleasant. Owner was friendly. Happy with our stay.
