Positive: The location is convenient to IMG Academy which I need to visit daily.

Negative: 1) water leakage in the bathroom of the master bedroom; 2) maintenance occured during my stay, which caused me inconvenience; 3) the spare pillow and comforter seems not clean enough so cant use.

Positive: The condo was clean and comfortable and in a great location, it was equipped with everything we needed. The owners send out a door code so need to go through front desk check in. Would definitely book this property again.

Negative: I think using the properties amenities should be a little more lax, I understand reservations need to be made for everyone to get a chance to utilize them but maybe under less of a watchful eye.

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Positive: We loved our stay!The condo was nicely decorated, really spacious, clean, very confortable and welcoming. It had everything you might need, from cooking utensils to beach chairs and extra linen and towels. The hosts clearly care about their guests and ensured our stay was going well which was nice.The location of the property was also very convenient to shops and a short drive to beautiful Annamaria Island.
