Positive: Great location - very close to City & Liverpool Street station

Negative: Room was on top floor and you have to climb 73 stairs to get to it - no lift - would be an issue if you had mobility issues or heavy luggage No TV in room (my fault for assuming there would be one) No windows or ventilation or air-con in studio so very stuffy Strange fishy smell in bathroom Poor quality pillows

Positive: Room was clean, good size and nice balcony. Had a fridge, coffee, tea, kettle, glasses and bamboo cutlery. Nice pillows, firm bed. Had fans which were very needed.

Negative: Sheets had small holes in them from wear, clearly needing replacement, but comfortable. If the room had a microwave or some heating implement it would’ve been complete in terms of basic kitchen amenities.

Summary: Nice room in a good location.

Positive: Perfect location close to shoreditch, spitalfields market but also bishopsgate and Liverpool street . Lively area. Great view from terrace. Though lot of action around you can sleep. Quite big room. .

Negative: No air-condition for that hot summer days that become in London common too. To cool it off during night you have to sleep with open door to a terrace that is accessible. Take only trolley it’s 3 floor without elevator
