Summary: Loved the location, great space for everyone, close walk to beach and pool or you can drive to beach with your stuff and park in a small parking lot. Private access to beach, gated community, safe, not cluttered with tourism stuff. DG is close and restaurant right across road. Great stay and will stay again if we come back for vacation to Fort Morgan.

Summary: Great place for a family. Because it is on the end of Fort Morgan, it can get very windy. 5 minutes or less from the beach. Nice area to walk your dog.
