Negative: Our stay was marred by an issue in the kitchen cupboard. The host would be well advised to ensure that environmental health and pest control give the property the all clear before re-letting.

Positive: The house is decorated to a high standard and the furniture and accessories look great. Beds and pillows comfortable, great to have a single room and toilet downstairs for my mum. Location was excellent with a park across the road and a few minutes from the beach. We couldn’t fault it. Communication with Katy was easy. The whole family including dog loved their holiday here.

Positive: The location was great. Only five minutes from the beach and that is with a three and six year old in tow! The house was very clean and welcoming

Negative: Subjective as it may be, we thought the sofas were not very comfortable. We did not realise there was a single downstairs bedroom that did not really suit us. Another subjective thing, it would have been nice to have a dishwasher dishwasher available.
