The Space:
Freshly painted inside & out with Living Room, Family room, Office/Reading area for the adults, Game Room, and a Bunk room for the kids with 2 full and 2 twin beds. Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a walk-in closet and luxurious spa-like master bathroom with 8x10 Walk-in Shower, soaking tub, private toilet room, and double vanity sinks. The 3rd bedroom with Queen size bed, walk-in closet and pack-n-play crib if needed for an infant sleeping area..it also has direct access to the 2nd full bathroom. TV's in every room.
Game room has a real arcade game with 300+ retro arcade games, Pool table, dart board, boardwalk Basketball Game, plug-and-play games, board games, child size table, pub table and family game room table.. Perfect room for family time or to keep kids busy on a rainy day.
Relax out back in your own paradise which features a large covered lanai, outdoor bar/kitchenette, Screened in pool (complimentary HEAT) and lights for great nighttime swimming. Fenced-in yard w/fire pit and benches for family bonfires and roasting marshmallows with the kids! Even an orange tree to pick oranges and squeeze your own orange juice. (Kitchen is equipt with an orange juice press) Plenty to do at this home after spending your days out and about.

The home is located in a quiet family neighborhood so no parties or loud rowdy crowds allowed. Nice size yard on a corner lot with a large driveway. The driveway can accommodate a large RV and still fit another 2 to 4 vehicles.
Getting Around:
Plenty of room to park. Public transportation is at end of the block where you can catch the Hernando county local bus.
Other Things to Note:
Sorry no pets allowed. There are 3 exterior RING cameras at driveway, front door and pool heater for security purposes only for your protection and ours. There are none where people gather. We do respect your privacy.
You are free to use any and everything at the property, however we do have 2 locked closests that hold supplies and hosts personal items that is off limits to tenants.
We have plenty of towels, pantry items, spices, pool toys, kids safety vests, (complimentary papertowels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, first aid supplies, garbage bags, clothes detergent, dish and dishwasher detergent to get you started), coloring books, building blocks, board games, beach chairs, beach blanket, cooler, thermos, popcorn maker, juicer, cold stone for ice cream, pizza stone, crock pot, air fryer, blender and more all for tenants use.

Summary: This was a lovely home with three bedrooms. One bedroom having 4 bunk beds for multiple kids to stay. The house was very well stocked with kitchen appliances, kitchenware, bathroom items and much more. Loved the Bath and Body soaps and plug-ins. Having all of that was very much appreciated. The game room is great, with a pool table, dart board, basketball and arcade game, mutiple games, and puzzles.The pool area is a great place to hang out and the pool was very warm which was nice. Pool accessories were available which was very nice. The house decor was so cute too! A lot of time and effort was put in to the house. Thank you for opening up your home and sharing it with others. This was the best VRBO I've stayed at.s

Summary: This is a lovely property in a corner location within a quiet neighbourhood. It had plenty of room for all seven of us. The salt water pool was great. We were unfortunate to have been there during Tropical Storm Debby which meant part of the pool deck and lanai flooded badly due to the amount of rain, however this won't prevent us booking again for next year.

Summary: The home was nicely decorated. The game room was a great addition. The heated pool was a wonderful treat. Our only issue, the pool area was not clean. It needed some attention. The decking was dirty, bird cage needed to be pressure washed and your deck drains need to be unclogged. It rained and all the water backed up into the porch area where we were sitting. My husband had to wash the pool filter because it was so dirty. If you are paying a pool service, get someone else. They are not doing their job. Please change the ac filters as well, they were dirty. The home was nice ,comfortable and in a convenient location. Over all we had a good time. The cleanliness needs some attention outside as well as inside. Thank you

Summary: This property goes above and beyond. They had everything you’d need from inside to outside . Our boys loved the tv by the pool and playing with all the pool toys already at the property. We enjoyed our ending to the day in the game room trying out all the different games offered. My 5 year old absolutely loved that the arcade game had fix it Felix “ wreck it Ralph”. Every room had the cutest decor , smart tv, and comfortable beds ! I can’t even express how nice the walk in shower in the master bathroom is. We loved the home very much and hope to stay again .

Summary: This property was fantastic. Location was perfect in a great, safe neighborhood, convenient to everything we wanted to do. The house was very roomy and comfortable with little touches that made it feel like so homey. Our month here was very enjoyable and we hated to leave.

Summary: I cannot say enough good things about this property! Over the past few years our family has spread out over 4 counties and we decided on Spring Hill to get together for the Thanksgiving holiday. Cindy graciously offered the use of her home for our meal and it could not have gone better. The kids were living the heated pool even though the outside temps were in the low 60’s! Will definitely rent again in the future!
