Positive: I like the property because of the place. Also the owner is very supportive. And very hygiene is maintained.
Negative: Utensils are less to cook food this is requested to increase some .if possible please add juicer in it. also if possible please reduce some charges so that more people can enjoy the property.

Positive: Very well located in Dharampet area. Shri Girish Wazalwar is a very gracious host. We did have some hygiene and power issues on the first day we arrived. But he very promptly attended to the issues and got them resolved. We had a very comfortable stay for two weeks.
Summary: This is a very nice 2 bedroom apartment. Independent with it's own entrance in a block of flats.

Positive: Host turned out to be a related to an old mutual connection in Nagpur. Super Good and Highly Courteous. Senior gentleman. Accomplished professional. The Help for the place was also very cooperative.
Negative: Both Rooms are extremely small. Parking space for cars is actually there but not aligned enough to make use. Hall room has basic facilities. The Decor itself needs a complete rehaul. I am wondering how it can accommodate even more than 4 people because anyone extra will be in Hall and those beds are more Sofa cum Bed for Dorm areas. It’s being charged a more for the facilities provided.
