Summary: This is our second visit to the Shiny Tiny. We like the fact that it has a large yard and private road to walk on as well as a small fenced area as we travel with our dog. Shannon is very responsive when needed. It is a small space, that well stocked with everything that we needed.

Summary: This place was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. It's the cutest tiny home with all the accommodations you can think of! The owner even left a thank you card with banana nut bread for us! There was everything you need including coffee, drinks, food, spices, etc. The porch is screened in, has lights for nighttime, and a ceiling fan. It was raining a lot the day we stayed so this was perfect for us! Also we wanted to fish and the owner let us use the boat dock, its a little hike down but was great! We highly recommend this stay, the owner was very sweet and helpful with any questions we had.

Summary: Shannon was an excellent host! She responded very quickly which wasn't often as anything you would need was in the house. We had our pet with us and we took her just down the road to Greensport Campground for walks. We enjoyed the screened in porch to eat meals or sit and read in the evenings. We would definitely stay here or at one of Shannon's other properties as she is such a host! greathost!host!host!wedefhere.

Summary: This rental is indeed very tiny, so be prepared. It is thoughtfully stocked with almost anything you might need during your stay. Unfortunately the path leading to the lake is not usable for older individuals like myself. The lake is at least 100' down a steep incline and I knew there was no way I could go up or down with no rail to hold onto. The rental is in a secluded area and the stars are brilliant!
