Summary: Very centrally located in Siem Reap, close to the market travesed either by foot or tuk tuks. The hotel is very clean, staff very friendly ( special mentions: Kim Hong, Lucky and Franklin) and great breakfast options on both wings of the property on either side of the street

Summary: We had the King Pool Suite for 5 night. First night we were on street side which was loud due to the volleyball courts across the street. The mgmt changed us to Villa 9 which was in the back and perfectly situated. A very positive experience with our butler, Neand, who was there for us at all hours. He seemed to respond to us during our entire stay regardless of time. Excellent job from him and better than any other butler service we have had before. Actually, the entire staff from serving staff to people in the spa provided top-notch and friendly service.
