Positive: The place was amazing and the facilities were exactly the same, the owner was so pleasant and helpful cannot fault anything about this place at all only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this accommodation 5 stars.

Positive: Very friendly and accomodating host. Sugi made an extra effort to pick us up from the bus station and gave us some helpful advice. Interior was nice and cosy, filled with beautiful artwork made by Sugi, which made it feel like home. Highly recommend!

Negative: Steps into the rooms either need to be screwed or cemented in place, as unsafe. Room was advertised with a private bathroom however the bathroom is shared with other guests, so not private.

Positive: This is such a lovely and cosy place to stay in Andong. The owner is very helpful and friendly and even picked me up at the bus stop close to the property.

Negative: It was a bit difficult to find a place to eat as a solo eater. Most restaurants didn't offer single servings. But there's a delicious dumpling takeout quite close.

Positive: The Wolyeongchae is easy to reach by bus from andong station and it takes 30- 40 mins. two days before the arrival Sugy(the owner) sent to me all the info to reach the apt and the day I arrived I found her at the bus station welcoming me and my family....this was a surprise and was really appreciated! We booked 2 rooms and both were cosy and clean, the common area has everything you may need also to arrange a dinner or breakfast. We had the feeling to stay for one night in a real corean house and it was beatiful. The best thing is that Sugi attached in the common area a map of Andong with all the points of interest and the relevant bus schedules to reach them. Sugi also gave to me a precious insight: the hahoe village has a free luggage storage located near the ticket office and this is great if you have to leave andong the same day of your visit at hahoe village.
