Positive: Very clean and comfortable. Incredible view. Morning coffee on the small dock was magical. Worked very well for our family.

Negative: The water has a sulphur smell and taste. That was off-putting. Perhaps a water filter could help? And the 10:00 am checkout was a push. I understand the need to prepare for the next guests, but an extra hour would have made a big difference for us.

Summary: Beautiful location and lots of comfortable space.

Positive: The location is excellent. The view is amazing, plenty of room for kids to play in the yard and to venture down close to the water. We also loved the space and how it is laid out, plenty of space for playing games, resting, having some alone time, and getting together in the dinning room and on the deck. Lots of room for parking and a charger for the electric car was a great bonus!

Negative: The only thing I would say is that the decor is dated - but that actually doesn't matter and makes it very easy to not worry about being uncomfortable. There is some road noise behind the house, but it doesn't bother the sleeping spaces and is only mild a few hours a day and not at night.

Summary: Great location! Would do again no doubt.

Positive: The view was exceptional the house was large and roomy

Negative: Extremely dirty and mean fifthly dated appliances driveway was mossy and being how we were in heals for a wedding it was dangerous and we slipped at being over $400 a night I was upset with the cobwebs and everything was coded in a layer of dust. They definitely need to hire a new cleaning service. It was dirty, laundry, and the washer and dryer and dishes in the dishwasher. The fridge had never been cleaned.
