Positive: The apartment was well located, in a quiet area and had everything I needed for a short stay. The place was clean, and was cleaned while I was there. There was a place to make coffee and AC in the flat. The hosts were friendly, and we're there on time to give me the keys to the place. Since they didn't stay at the place, I was able to check out by simply leaving my keys in my room.

Positive: The location is great. It was an easy walk from, and back to, Roma Termini. Sebastian made it easy to get our room key, worked with the AC remote until it was functioning properly, and made sure we were comfortable, before leaving. The room and bath are both nicely furnished. We enjoyed seeing all the post-it note comments from other guests in the hall outside the rooms. We felt safe walking to Shine House, walking to dinner nearby, and walking back to Roma Termini at 6:15 am the next morning.
