Summary: Perfect location with access to many lines right at Shibuya station. Great views from higher floors. Impeccable service, friendly and efficoent. Many food options nearby. Really enjoyed my stay here, would do it again!

Summary: This was the perfect spot for our family's vacation. The views from Tokyo Shibuya Excel were awesome. The hotel staff were very friendly. I would most definitely stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and functional, plus the location to sights and public transportation is great. The hotel is very quiet even though it is close to the action. We had a room on the 24th floor with a view of the scramble crossing, which we loved. We appreciated being able to easily ask for towels/garbage to be changed or for our room to be made up. We used the laundry service and it met our needs. If we were to stay in Shibuya again we would not hesitate to stay here.

Summary: Hotel has a great location in the heart of Tokyo's busy district Shibuya. Room is a bit small but well organized. There was a leaking problem in the bathroom but other than that no issues at all.

Summary: Family trip to Japan. Hotel is centrally located. Connected to the subway / train station and shopping malls. Very convenient to find food and shopping. However, need to have more signages to show hotel direction from station.
