Positive: Everything was perfect with Shiba Inn. Located on a peaceful part of Tokyo but still easily accessible to everywhere since the station is just a few minutes away. The owner is very helpful with the tips. Very COMFORTABLE and huge bed. The room is clean and equipped from fridge, microwave and utensils. With smart TV which is a lifesaver for our easily bored kids. If I will come back to Tokyo, without a doubt, we will be back here. Thank you for the thoughtful gifts (the kids loved it), the borrowed umbrella and weighing scale and tips (taxi and yamato pick up location).

Positive: Great location in a Triangle between Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Bay and the Asakusa Train Station to both the Airports. Located in a cute narrow street with some convenience stores a few steps away. We had a cozy stay, A/C heating worked properly, bed was comfortable, too. We did not miss any accomodation. Room and bath were clean, thanks to Maki for the nice little gift. Although not far from bigger roads, it was not loud.

Negative: Maybe the stairs might be a problem for older people, but for me and my husband, it was not a big problem after all :)

Positive: Quite long list. We asked for an early check in to the host Maki and she let us come at 11 instead of 15. The place is a cozy apartment in Shiba neighborhood, it has large comfortable beds and everything you need if you want to cook. The host left us some nice snacks when we arrived and left. Everything worked perfectly and I advise you to come here. I wish Maki all the best! 😊🫶❤️

Positive: This is a large studio apartment - easily big enough for four adults or parents & kids. Super clean, comfortable beds. The location was great - the small street it’s located on has a number of very good restaurants, a green grocer, a Lawson’s and a number of small family owned businesses. It’s located in a quiet, well-connected neighborhood, away from the typical tourist crowds, but still close to major attractions like Tokyo Tower and TeamLab. Shinagawa Station, which connects to the Shinkansen network, is also nearby. Maki and Richard, the new owners, are incredibly kind and welcoming. They make sure you feel truly special during your stay, treat guests individually, and are happy to help with anything. The room was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo standards. The beds are large, the mattresses are comfortable, and the bedding is fresh and pleasantly scented. The room has a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine and microwave. The area around the hotel has many local shops and authentic Japanese restaurants, perfect for anyone wanting to experience local life.
