Positive: Great location, very green, beautiful scenery and lots of space. Many large pools with smaller accommodations around them so doesn’t feel crowded. Murat’s diving team on site were all amazing - great treat for kids and adults alike!

Negative: The hotel seems to be very poorly run: serious issues with cleanliness at the restaurants (tables, seats, plates, cutlery); some staff are very nice (especially ladies at the spa), but in general attitude is dismissive, especially with male waiters at the main restaurant - they literally can wave you away while hanging out in groups of 3-4; food is very basic standard, with little variation (albeit massive choise of cakes), with seafood particularly disappointing; rooms are poorly maintained - broken fridge (the door is falling off), rusty dusty bathroom ironworks, poor quality toiletries, electricity went off completely every night at 3am and would only partially come back 3-4 hours later - electrician had to be called 4 times during our stay, no apology or explanation from the hotel staff why this keeps happening. It is not a 5* environment or service.

Positive: Everything was great except for the safeguarding at the big pool area.

Negative: The safeguard at the aqua park pool was lazy, checking his phone. The pool beds were not enough for everyone and he told the guests to go and pick up the bed for themselves from far away (about 70 metres) I don’t think this is a good service for a 5* hotel

Positive: Buffet food at every meal time varied well stocked and good quality. Pools at each location well maintained and great for kids as all pools only 140cm deep.

Negative: Air con in room was underpowered for superior room leading to high temperature daily which took ages to cool back down
