Summary: There were stains in the shower that were not cleaned I thought maybe they were rust stains at first but when I wiped them down they came off. The sliding door I thought maybe the print that looked like dirt was something that could not be cleaned either but again took a paper towel and some cleaner I bought with me and it wiped right off. I take my carpet cleaner to the hotels with me when I stay because I have had horrible experiences with dirty floors in the past. I cleaned a small piece of the carpet and my carpet cleaner had dirty water in it on the whole bedroom suite floor. I used it on the hard floor living room area and I didn’t even realize the stains that were on the floor until after I cleaned it.

Summary: I was unhappy with the front desk on the checkout day. There was no water at the cute little lemonade stand. It was just ice. I asked them nicely if it would be refilled soon. They looked at each other and were not very friendly. Then she said I’m sorry you’ll have to buy a bottled water. She said she didn’t know how to refill the water and that it wouldn’t be changed until the staff shift when someone else came on duty. I just did not think that they were friendly and they seemed annoyed that I asked. It really made me sad that they dismissed me. They were not busy and there was no one at the front desk at the time. The water could’ve easily been refilled.

Summary: Great experience! A few blemishes in the room, such as the bedroom door missing some wood, tape on the walls from previous banners, as well as baseboards being detached from the wall in the bathroom. Smaller, but worth mentioning, was that there weren’t any tissues, only a couple that were left in the box from the previous guest. The front desk was happy to accommodate with a new box of tissues, as well as an apology for the inconvenience. The bathtub also had a loose and slipping knob for the bath, as well as a crooked spout that could turn freely. I would certainly recommend staying here, but I would advise you to not look for the fine details.(dust, drywall work, paint, etc)

Summary: Overall a very good experience however the water pressure in the shower was absolutely horrible. The exhaust fan in the shower did not work causing the smoke alarm to set off because of the steam from the shower.
