Positive: The breakfast has to be the best thing. Great choice and delicious. I would tho open it a bit easier than 7 am as we were traveling from Asia, the time difference makes us wake up at 3 am craving for food. The locations is great.
Negative: The room was not ready at check in time. We had to wait additional hour and chase staff to make it ready. Giving that we arrive way before check in time 10 am, made this additional hour wait extra long. Also, I don’t like that iron board was broken in one of the rooms. The pillows were to soft and flat in my opinion. One thing unreal is that although there is parking underground, it’s additional charge 160 zł. This should be free for guests. The drinking water is not available in the room which should be standard. Instead the water cooler is placed on each floor in front elevator.

Positive: The hotel itself is excellent. The location, rooms, views, and the SPA, pool, and sauna facilities are all of a very high standard and fully meet the expectations associated with the Sheraton brand.
Negative: Unfortunately, the quality of service significantly affected my overall experience. The first issue was parking. The booking information suggests that the hotel offers parking, but in reality it has no dedicated parking facility. Upon arrival, I learned that the hotel’s only arrangement is that the reception staff can call a nearby private parking operator to check whether spaces are available. There are no reserved spaces, no preferential rates, and no guaranteed availability for hotel guests. The reception staff simply referred to the small print on Booking.com instead of acknowledging that the listing creates misleading expectations. I believe this should be addressed jointly by the hotel and Booking.com, as guests reasonably expect a hotel of this standard to provide or guarantee parking if it is advertised. The second issue was the level of service. Several employees appeared very young and insufficiently trained for a hotel of this standard. After I politely raised concerns about a meal that I found disappointing, one restaurant employee responded unprofessionally. Even more concerning, the following day he approached me in an unnecessarily confrontational manner about my previous feedback instead of welcoming me or asking how he could assist. This demonstrated a lack of professionalism and an inability to handle guest feedback appropriately. I reported the incident to the duty manager, but no meaningful action appeared to be taken.
