Summary: On the whole it was an OK stay. The hotel corridors still feel like a Kafkaesque prison and the Sports Bar is over-lit with tables too close together (the staff were nice though). The rooms generally are comfortable and well appointed. However, my room had no convenient plugs. The desk thing only had European and US plugs under a broken lift-up flap, but that was irrelevant because the back of the desk wasn't plugged into anything. There was only one plug in the room, and that was in the far corner, behind the suitcase rack. I complained to management as I wanted to work, but it was impossible to run my laptop cable that far. They said I could have had an extension cable (which they didn't provide) and when I complained on checkout, they promised to follow up, but as of yet haven't. With so many options on the Bath Road, this level of service and provision just felt like a shot in the foot.

Summary: Ok stay. Food was good in both restaurants. Elevator a bit run down. 2nd floor hallway needs serious updating. The experience Going up on the Elevator and walking from that to my room made me question my hotel selection. The room looked just like the photo on line. The minibar/closet area looked a bit run down. Restroom was brand new.

Summary: Great overnight stay! We arrived after a 11 hour flight and found we’d been upgraded to a king room-fantastic! Staff are all extremely helpful-nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay again.

Summary: The room including the bathroom we were given smelt very bad and mouldy as we walked in last night . Carpets are dirty too . Can’t fault any staff as they were all wonderful!! Management please check these rooms as don’t think they are up to standard and as a health care professional I am not impressed at all .
