Summary: Our room was close to the lobby and therefore further from the beach - the hotel provided constant buggy service to take guests to and from the beach from that part of the hotel. The beach was absolutely beautiful, with very few people around. The beach pool was great, and the beach bar and restaurant very pleasant. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

Summary: This accommodation was from July 29-4, 2025 and was very impressed and planned to come back again if I return to Thailand because the staff provided excellent service. Our room was very clean. We booked a family room to see and liked it very much. The water flowed strongly and was very satisfying. The system was good and useful in many ways. It was very delicious. Thank you to Brother Tom for welcoming our family. Finally, for searching for a room that was close to nature and supporting us to recommend Sheraton Samui. It was very complete. excellent.

Summary: Unfortunately, our stay was negatively affected by a serious issue with cleanliness , we discovered cockroaches in our room. This was deeply unsettling and clearly not what one would expect from a five-star resort. While the staff acknowledged the problem and offered us a coconut as compensation (yes, it’s true) the overall handling of the situation felt unprofessional and uncertain. There was a lack of clear communication, and no real reassurance or follow-up was provided to make us feel comfortable or confident that the issue had been properly addressed. For a resort of this caliber, we had much higher expectations regarding both hygiene and service. The incident significantly impacted our experience.
