Summary: Althıugh I have mistakenly selected smoking room, I asked for a non-smoking room while at the reception check-in. The gentleman said ok and told me that he have changed my room to a non-smoking room. However when I entered my room I realized it was a smoking room. My stay and sleep was awful and I asked for a refund during the check-out. However the reception could not manage this request. Also, cold water was not working and both sides of shower water was hot. I also informed the hotel about this and asked for a discount and refund.
