Summary: Lots of food for breakfast but no seafood, just cheap and simple food, not bad but this place is being too cheap! Lots of Indian and Korean tourists, if you want to avoid a certain smell. Staff are very helpful and maids are always cleaning right!

Summary: Great hotel, great and helpful staff, very clean and has a really nice feel to it! Loved the pool area and the beach and the whole hotel so so well maintained. The vilas were beautiful and staff kept coming to give us free water and were so prompt with their service. Language is a bit of an issue in Vietnam but no complaints from the hotel, loved our stay!

Summary: Overall satisfied -/ but complete shortage of sun loungers around pool and on the beach By 7 am most are taken and people may not arrive until lunchtime The resolution was for staff to put stickers up saying 30 mins and towels would be moved — didn’t happen

Summary: It was a wonderful stay in Sheraton Phu quoc long beach resort. Very family friendly place, staff is polite, very clean rooms, amenities are great. Pool and pricate beach area. Definitely will come again

Summary: Beautiful resort with a huge swimming pool and other facilities such as gym, table tennis, snooker, free bike rental…. , close to a nice long beach. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff. Free airport pick up and drop off. We booked a 3 bedroom villa at a good room rate, very spacious and comfortable. Free buggy transfer between lobby and villa. The resort is huge, very nice to bike or walk around. Only cups are available inside the villa. We got 2 extra plates for free. If you need extra plates/bowls and cutlery, you would need to rent from them. Overall a very enjoyable stay at the Sheraton. Would definitely consider staying here next time if we could book at more or less the same rate.
