Summary: My Experience for the very first time was fine. My only complaint is the bathroom, turning the shower handle was a complete nightmare. It was super stiff and hard to turn. I also could not access WiFi during my stay.

Summary: Are you still love The Shard and Tara but it's old and outdated is there 20 years ago and all through these years and nothing has been updated I had a great room unfortunately I had to check out early but it's just old and there's absolutely no room service there is absolutely no pool service you would have to go to the coffee shop and buy something to bring it out to the pool or like the little convenience store in that hotel even just for a water ice water or ice tea

Summary: Nice property I stayed at with my family for 5 nights. Good large sized room but facility is definitely showing its age with worn carpets and A/C that was rattling and bathroom with missing drain plug and old shower head. The service and hotel staff were great and very responsive

Summary: I didn’t like the room number given “666” and the room looks dated for the nightly price. The ground floor stairway had huge amounts of dog hair. The bed was horrible (too soft & lumpy) my husband & I both woke up with our entire bodies aching.
