Positive: The room was nice and very clean.

Negative: The HVAC was in the room and very loud. The hotel was heavily occupied due to a conference being held. The people above and beside me were noisy. I could hear the people above me. After midnight the noise subsided. If were stayed for longer than one night, I would have requested another room. While the room was clean, there was a bottle of water which was partially opened on the table. I would, however, stay at this property again. Hopefully, the HVAC noise was specific to the room where I stayed.

Summary: Nice room, hopefully my next stay will not be met with noisy occupants and a noisy HVAC unit.
